Since anything can exist or happen when you’re pretending, it requires some good thought. You need to know what you’re doing. For instance, do you know how old you need to be to qualify as a pretend princess? Or the exact correct way to enter a pretend castle? You see? Tough stuff.

Honestly, it really helps if you’ve got a kid to be your teacher. But not like a real teacher, just a pretend teacher. So they can show you the ropes. Except they’re not ropes, they’re just lines in the playground slide and stuff. You get it? Okay, just watch.
