The ability for kids to bring toys and objects to life is one of their coolest super powers. A doll, stuffed animal or action figure, or even a bug, a stick, a booger, anything can become a companion or character for the little make-believe masters.

We tie on towel capes for these energetic, young superheroes we call our kids, but they’ve got their fears. For some it’s the dark, for others, new people. It can be the howling wind or the low-battery chirp of a smoke alarm. Or it can just be good ol’ fashioned bad dreamsies.

Whatever their kryptonite is, these miniature heroes use their super-powered imaginations to call on sheets and blankets and teddy bears to become their armor and capes and sidekicks.
