Alright. This is a tough, arbitrary list but the criteria the videographer used is fairly clear. That, and it just makes me feel like a kid again. Anything I can do to grab a slice of that feeling of total irresponsibility and free time, I’ll grab it.

YouTuber Schoegel’s Rules:
1. The entries on this list are based on the theme songs alone, not the quality or content of the show
2. American versions of the theme songs only
3. Theme songs must have aired between 01/01/80 and 12/31/99 if new episodes were originally broadcast with said theme on any days before or after, they will not be counted
4. The songs must contain significant amount of lyrics and not just instrumental music (e.g. not including Inspector Gadget, etc.)
5. Only theme songs from fully animated shows are chosen; no live action, puppet or stop motion shows allowed
6. Songs must be original to the television show, nothing from or inspired by movies or prior series
